Testimonials from veterans at ASML“Leaving the military was a difficult choice for me. It took time for me to adjust to corporate life, but when I found ASML I finally felt comfortable. Here there is a similar sense of a united purpose and a passion for making a difference to humanity as I felt in the military.”
“My military training provided me with all the basic technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities I use every day. But finding the right job is crucial for that first step into civilian life.”
“Though ASML is a technology company, our commitment to helping people build their skills, knowledge and confidence reminds me a lot of the military. Just like in the services, people, passion and development keep us moving forward at ASML."
“One of the biggest challenges for veterans transitioning to civilian life is clarifying what kind of work they would like to do. That’s why veteran networks and veteran outreach programs like ASML offers are invaluable.”
