United by our passion for technology, at ASML, we draw on our core values of challenge, collaborate and care to foster a safe, inclusive environment where everyone is empowered to contribute. You aren’t just included at ASML – you belong here.
Check out the highlights from San Diego Pride 2024. ASML honors Pride year-round, but especially during our annual ‘Summer of Pride’, where colleagues join with the community in events all around the world. We also celebrate significant days like National Coming Out Day, International Transgender Day of Visibility and International Pronoun Day.
We recognize that Pride is about more than celebrating – it serves as a reminder of the progress made for LGBTQIA+ rights and the ongoing work for the community.
ASML’s Proud employee network supports LGBTQIA+ rights and inclusion around the world, welcoming a wide gender spectrum and expression. Proud connects people, creates awareness, values diversity and fosters inclusion in collaboration with colleagues and our ASML communities.

Testimonials from ASML LGBTQIA+ community members“While we encourage being ‘out and proud’ at ASML, we also respect anonymity and privacy. Above all, this company wants to be a safe space where everyone is free to be their authentic selves – regardless of their identity.”
“I have always genuinely felt included and supported in the workplace here. I have great relationships with everyone I work with. The continued focus on D&I across the company is hugely positive and the drive to educate and engage employees on LGBTQ+ matters is a big plus. There’s never a moment I feel unable to be me here, and that’s not something you necessarily find in every company.”
“I’ve experienced discrimination in the past and because of that, I am driven to make the places I work ones where no one is made to feel less than, simply for being themselves. I’ve always felt like I have a voice at ASML and that what I bring to the table matters.”
“ASML is not just a job where you go to work and leave your personal identity at the door. You become part of a ‘work family’ where you are supported both personally and professionally by the amazing leadership team and your fellow colleagues.”
