LGBTQIA+ at ASML in the US

Be you. Be part of progress with us.

United by our passion for technology, at ASML, we draw on our core values of challenge, collaborate and care to foster a safe, inclusive environment where everyone is empowered to contribute. You aren’t just included at ASML – you belong here.
Celebrating our LGBTQIA+ community

Check out the highlights from San Diego Pride 2024. ASML honors Pride year-round, but especially during our annual ‘Summer of Pride’, where colleagues join with the community in events all around the world. We also celebrate significant days like National Coming Out Day, International Transgender Day of Visibility and International Pronoun Day.

We recognize that Pride is about more than celebrating – it serves as a reminder of the progress made for LGBTQIA+ rights and the ongoing work for the community.
