R&DAttracting engineers in nearly every discipline, ASML builds its success on technology leadership. In our Research department, ideas are explored and passed to Development & Engineering for designing and integration. We always invest heavily in R&D, spending more than €2 billion annually.
ManufacturingIt’s one thing to design a product – it's another to build and produce it. Our Supply Chain Management team ensures all parts and components are available and according to specifications, and the Manufacturing team assembles, builds and delivers all our systems.
Corporate functionsAlthough they may not come into daily contact with a machine’s design, manufacturing or upkeep, our colleagues in corporate functions – from fields as diverse as human resources, finance, facility management and IT – enable the company to run smoothly.
Customer supportBe the first to interact with customers, respond to issues and support our technological advancement. Our customer support teams – simultaneously the ‘face’ of ASML and the ‘voice’ of our customers – install, integrate, optimize, and maintain our systems.
