Great to meet you, we’re ASML. Let us introduce ourselves.
We are a global company with headquarters in the Netherlands and offices across the US. We provide chipmakers with everything they need – hardware, software and services – to build smarter, smaller and cheaper microchips. Technology innovated at ASML impacts almost every aspect of life and is paving the way for new possibilities.
Our company has grown exponentially over the past decade, but we’re proud to have kept a smart and stable startup mindset and a commitment to our people. Now we need you – your ideas, passion and skills – to help us get where we are going.

“I love the way ASML handles our manufacturing business – innovating and learning while also ramping up. To do that, you have to be creative. You have to be willing to take risks, to try things.”
- Dave Korty, operations engineering manager at ASML San Diego
We know what it’s like to build a legacy. Close to four decades ago, in a shed out the back of the Philips building in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, a few keen engineers attempted something new, exciting and challenging. At the same time across the ocean, Michigan’s auto industry was booming
Generations of bright and talented technicians and engineers have come out of Michigan. Detroit, Ann Arbor, Flint, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Kalamazoo – we don’t need to tell you that these are cities and neighborhoods bursting with know-how. We need bright minds like these to research, develop, engineer and manufacture technology that changes the world.
At ASML, you’ll find engineers and technicians with diverse skills and different backgrounds who’ve transitioned from industries across the US to help solve humanity’s toughest challenges. If you join us, you too can bring your legacy, drive your career and help create the future.

“I am surrounded by a team of committed and bright colleagues working for a company that truly values its employees. I am new to the East Coast, but I find the Wilton area offers outdoor activities common with the Midwest where I’m from, while also having easy access to the diversity of major metropolitan areas.”

What’s your passion?

This is where our people bring their best ideas: whether continuing to develop our current technology or coming up with new ideas, R&D is where innovation begins. That’s why we invest heavily here – more than €2 billion annually.

It’s one thing to design a product – building and mass producing it is a whole other challenge. Our engineers assemble, build and deliver all our systems from the prototype stage onward, and support the installation of systems at customer sites all around the world.

Thousands of ASML engineers are dedicated to a simple goal: making sure that our customers’ lithography systems run smoothly 24/7. At customer sites or one of ASML’s Global Support Centers, they monitor a system’s performance and detect problems before they impact production.
