ASML and Muziekgebouw Eindhoven believe the stage is for everyone. The partners are pleased to announce the launch of Spotlight.
Spotlight invites people from the Brainport region in the Netherlands to take to the stage and claim their moment in the spotlight. Participants can sign up to ‘Feel like an artist’ where they will have the full artist experience – from being invited backstage to a private green room, to performing on the Muziekgebouw stage with full light and sound production. Participants can also invite their family and friends to watch them perform. And to make sure the experience is truly unforgettable, performances can be made available as a recording for the participant to keep.
Participants can also sign up for an ‘Unforgettable class’, where anyone can apply to receive a lesson as a group or individual from a top performer, right on the stage where the magic happens. Whatever the interest, from trombone to rap, the Unforgettable class offers something for everyone.
The first season of Spotlight will run from June 15, 2021, until the end of the year.

Spotlight is an exciting opportunity to showcase this, by opening up the acclaimed Muziekgebouw to people from all backgrounds and neighborhoods in cities within the Brainport region – making this unique experience available to people who might never have a chance like this otherwise.”

Spotlight is open to anyone in the Brainport region, but places are strictly limited and based on the availability of the Muziekgebouw. People who register their interest will be contacted by the Spotlight team, and those selected to participate will receive further information in due course.
