What he loves most about working at ASML: There’s always new technology, and new processes that we need to keep up with. I am never bored. It's a very complex machine and you need to keep reinventing yourself and keep learning so you can best support our customers.

“It's quite amazing to see how big the customer fabs (semiconductor production facilities) are, as well as how much movement there is inside these fabs, and how the ASML machines are incorporated. I remember installing my first machine almost 18 years ago and this machine is still producing microchips as we speak.”
