Lucas is Head of Society & Community Engagement at ASML. He joined ASML in 2007 and has been instrumental in improving the company’s performance in the areas of sustainability and community relations, covering youth programs, technology promotion, sponsorships and charity activities. He joined the ASML Foundation Supervisory Board in January 2014.
Sandrine Auffret is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at ASML. Sandrine joined ASML in July 2021 from Alcon in Geneva, Switzerland, where she served as Regional General Counsel, Head of Legal and Compliance International for Alcon’s activities outside the US, leading teams around the world and acting as a strategic business partner to senior executives. Sandrine joined the Supervisory Board in June 2023.
