Your tasks

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the team members
  • Planning and controlling tasks within IT end user support
  • Assigning and processing support tickets for 2nd level / 3rd level support
  • Installing, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems and software in the client environment
  • Contact person for project work – special hardware & client systems
  • Controlling external service providers and suppliers
  • Continually coordinating processes and specifications with global ASML End-User Service

Your qualifications

  • University degree in computer science/business informatics or related sectors, several years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience in IT helpdesk / end-user services
  • System installation, configuration and analysis experience
  • In-depth knowledge of end-user system infrastructures including networks, IT security and cloud computing
  • Good sound knowledge of the current Windows system
  • Very good hardware knowledge in the client and peripherals sectors
  • Knowledge of data protection processes and regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Very good command of German and English
