Role and responsibilities
- Ensure primary compliance to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and relevant EHS Corporate standards
- Occupational health and safety risk assessment and prevention.
- Ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements for EHS.
- Enhance EHS culture & communication
- Lead EHS internal training and Implement regular safety inspections.
- Assist in Audit and inspection.
- Investigation and risk assessment of the good catch, near-miss incidents and injury accidents
- Ensure all high-risk operation of contractor safe.
- Develop and enhance all workers and ERT emergency response skill.
- Factory Business Continuity Management, BCM
- Manufacturing Sustainability & Environmental business
Education: BSc/Msc degree in Safety & Health or comparable
Experience:
- 10+ years of occupational health and safety related work experiences.
- With solid experiences of manufacturing/operational first line safety promotion.
- Demonstrable experience with maturing safety culture in complex /high tech/multi country organizations
- Experience working in an electronic industry environment, preferably semiconductor industry.
Personal skills :
- Taiwan governmental Level A Occupational Safety or Health Specialist certified. (甲級職業安全/衛生管理技術士) (necessary condition)
- Good handle on English skill (verbal and written) – to communicate to the foreigner. (necessary condition)
- Open for cultural differences;
- Motivated, proactive, self-driven and flexible
- The ability to continually acquire new skills, learn from experience, embrace new challenges, and perform well under changing conditions
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
