You are working in ASML Tainan factory where build the most advanced e beam inspection machine and provide products to worldwide semiconductor industry.
Factory Planning & Logistics provides services to manufacturing and service parts on material availability for all outputs within the Tainan factory scope. The role is to lead Planning/Logistics improving projects, find improve opportunity at value stream, being linking pin to Lead the team by close connection with key stakeholders in Tainan factory and other functions within ASML.
Factory Planning including Production Planning, Material Planning, Start/Output/Shipping/Delivery Planning. To manage the market dynamics (demand) as well as factory output (Capacity), the flexibility is the most important culture in this organization.
And Logistics including all material/module/products delivery/storge at Supplier, Factory, 3rd party logistics and customers. Providing a real time service with efficiency process to delivery products safely is our promise to customer.
Role and responsibilities
Coordinates and executes the project related to improvement and implementation of Logistics operation and management within ASML product process in TNF, Taiwan, Worldwide.
Identify & initiate projects and get required support to start projects
Setting up the project according to Project Management(PMM) standards
Manage project deliverables within the triple constraints
Build-up good work relation with stakeholders within- and without own department (e.g. Mnf, SCM/CSCM + 3PL) and have frequent contact with different teams
Organizing the roll out including training, communication and documentation for end users
Enables, supports, and challenges the project team in their role by e.g. coaching, attendance of meetings, example and providing tools.
Is fully at ease in working with senior and middle management, but also in working with operational departments
Has a hands-on mentality
Continuously optimization of work process (Ex. efficiency, quality, cost, safety, time, compliance) to achieve Hoshin Kanri target for Tainan factory long-term vision
Participate in PGP/New product transfer as representative of Project Lead of Planning & Logistics from logistic/planning point of view
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or above with major in (industrial) engineering, business administration or supply chain relate. A Master's degree is preferred.
5 to 10 years of Logistics and Supply Chain experiences in leading, motivating and influencing dynamic matrix teams and cross functions.
Logistics and Supply Chain management expertise in Supply Chain planning / Handling , problem solving, overall Supply Chain any Logistics cost management, budget/resourcing planning, people and organization development
5 to 10 years at semiconductor/equipment Logistics and Supply chain process - Shipping/Delivery/Handling/Storage.
Global semiconductor or high-tech company experience with frequent engagement with global stakeholders would be a plus.
Project experience to drive change & influence cross-sector / department stakeholders would be must
Skills
Good business sense with professional presentation skill
Excellent social and communication skills
Experience with working in multi-cultural environment
Familiar with logistics and supply chain management
Able to manage fast pace and dynamic change environment
Project management professional certified is an asset
Familiar with ERP; SAP
Fluent in English & Mandarin
Good peers network as an added advantage

The position reports to head of Tainan Factory Planning & Logistics department
Key stakeholders: Tainan factory head & other department managers, FLCC, CSCM, LSO, SAP/Oracle IT team
Sponsor : Tainan factory head
Peers : Other TNF department heads, WW factory logistics leaders
Other stakeholders: Linkou /Tainan factory employees
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
