Administration Stuff assist the Apps team on multiple tasks
Job Description
Support for Department activity or Project demand
Reporting summary and data analysis (ex, SO, OT, EUV & LMP labors bucket breakdown……etc)
Team building/dinner event arrangement
Office environment management (war room KPI dashboard maintenance, Reimbursement)
Education and experience
Education: Bachelor/ college student (major in Information Management is preferred)
Experience: no specific.
Skills
Known for basic excel and PowerPoint (Power BI skill is a plus)
Good English communication
Good for artist (e.g., familiar with photoshop/illustrator, video editing is plus)
Other information
One year contract
Able to > 2.5~3 working days per week.
