Introduction to the job
As a talent management expertise manager you support the global talent management portfolio, with the main focus on assessments and executive talent management. In this role, you develop policies in these domains, leveraging in depth expertise knowledge about assessment, succession planning and/or executive talent sourcing. You collaborate with the functional leads of these processes, and you are the linking pin to translate the acquired knowledge from data to key insights.
Role and responsibilities
As a talent management expertise manager, you support the setup and running of assessments. Therefore, you will:
Organize development assessments in close collaboration with internal and external partners, including registration in ASML’s Learning Management System.
Act as central point of contact for assessments operations, and communicates proactively with a.o. participants, HR, managers and suppliers.
Organize facilitator pool for information sessions and online assessment feedback.
Coordinate planning & logistics of assessment feedback.
Analyze assessment data to generate insights and drive continuous improvement.
Next to that you will support Executive Talent Management. You will:
Advises on standardization, simplification, automation and efficiency of Executive Search process.
Generate insights on Executive Talent Management processes using trend data analysis, using data to make informed decisions.
Connect to different stakeholders involved in Executive Talent Management in order to ensure smooth handovers and high-quality candidate, manager and employee experience
Provide operational support in executive search activities, connecting the dots and communicating with senior leaders
Education and experience
University degree in HR and/or Data Science, Business Administration.
At least 5-7 years of experience in HR in international organizations, preferably with focus on assessments, succession planning and/or executive talent management
Experience in consolidating, analyzing and visualizing data in Excel and PowerPoint
