Domain manager Data & Analytics CRE

Introduction to the job

We are seeking a seasoned manager in the domain of Data Analytics who will help us to build our expertise and team further in the Corporate Real Estate Department.

Role and responsibilities

Responsible for translation of team targets to the domain of Data & Analytics and act as the functional team lead for the Application Team.

• Contributes to the ASML Analytics Vision and translate that to the CRE Analytics strategy, process & governance

• Leads a team of data professionals to solve business issues through analytics at ASML. Interfaces with key senior stakeholders across the organization Identify analytics opportunities and funnel (x-sector) demand to a centrally managed backlog & roadmap

• Organizes a community of practice for (self) service analytics and help CRE grow to a higher level of data literacy.

• Leads and manages the development, implementation, and optimization of analytics products within the CRE domain.

• Designs and implements a data governance strategy in collaboration with the central data office including a data governance framework

• Actively monitors CRE data quality and initiate data quality improvement projects together with the business

• Is responsible for designing and maintaining the CRE data model based on business requirements.

• Sets the strategic direction & guidelines for insight generation and analytics scope of work within a project and oversees the most complex ones.

• Is responsible for solving complicated business questions through creation of data solutions, dashboards and data visualizations that enable leaders to make critical decisions.
   

Education and experience

• MSc or PhD in information management and/or technical fields and extensive relevant industry experience.

• Experience analytics teams and projects

• Experience across different sectors.

• Experience direct interaction customer.

• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum.

• English and Dutch are preferable.

Context

Reports to Manager Data & Applications within the Center of Excellence of Corporate Real Estate. Leads a team of data & analytics professionals.

Is responsible for designing and implementing a data & analytics strategy for corporate real estate and helping the organization mature to a higher level of data literacy.

Is able to lead the change by using advanced communication and presentation skills, (sr)stakeholder management, people management, business knowledge and technical experience.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
