D&E - Senior System Industrialisation Engineer - Tainan

Job Mission

To make sure the designs get industrialized(6x=X) and implemented properly/ successfully in the factory(Manufacturing engineer)/field(Equipment engineer).

Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation for the service processes including: sequence, test and service procedures, training documentation, definition of out of control action plans, diagnostics, Statistical Process Control parameters, tooling and spare parts

• New product introduction by validating service procedures during prototype build

• Supporting NPI machine installation(CS on-site), mainly focus on sequence and procedure validation

• Analysis of the performance in our service organization and define improvements to meet initial product specification.(ex: CT, availability)

• Knowledge Transfers (KT)

• If needed travel to solve complex problems on site within expertise (international travel max 10%)

Education

Bachelor degree/Master degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)

Experience

• 3-7 years relevant work experience

• Experienced in high tech products and complex production processes

• Experienced in the application of charged optical optics, high voltage, charged particle physics, vacuum systems and semiconductor fabs is desired

• Knowledge of or experience in complex SEM/e-beam systems is a plus
