Job Mission
To make sure the designs get industrialized(6x=X) and implemented properly/ successfully in the factory(Manufacturing engineer)/field(Equipment engineer).
Job Description
Responsible for the preparation for the service processes including: sequence, test and service procedures, training documentation, definition of out of control action plans, diagnostics, Statistical Process Control parameters, tooling and spare parts
New product introduction by validating service procedures during prototype build
Supporting NPI machine installation(CS on-site), mainly focus on sequence and procedure validation
Analysis of the performance in our service organization and define improvements to meet initial product specification.(ex: CT, availability)
Knowledge Transfers (KT)
If needed travel to solve complex problems on site within expertise (international travel max 10%)
Education
Bachelor degree/Master degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)
Experience
3-7 years relevant work experience
Experienced in high tech products and complex production processes
Experienced in the application of charged optical optics, high voltage, charged particle physics, vacuum systems and semiconductor fabs is desired
Knowledge of or experience in complex SEM/e-beam systems is a plus

Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team within a high tech environment
Ability to complete assignments with attention to details and high degree of accuracy
Can learn and apply new information or skills
Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
