Job Description

  • Evaluating, identifying and developing E-Beam inspection and metrology algorithm solutions.
  • Leading software development projects.
  • Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
  • Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
  • Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.

Education

  • Master degree and above, major in Computer Science or  Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Over 10 years software development experience
  • Extensive experience in image processing and pattern recognition algorithm development.
  • Extensive experience in management of software development team and software project.
  • Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools, programming language and development platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
