Introduction to the job
• Maintain close relationships with internal/external customer on operational level. Drive towards SCM internal customer to maximize added value of SCM.
• Maintain Field Operations local dashboard, incl ownership of one or more KPIs on dashboard.
• Follow-up on issues arising from operations or raised by other regions/sectors, remove operational roadblocks, identify and pursue alternative strategies
• Drive supply chain operation to secure plan feasibility and realization, as well continuous local improvements on efficiency.
• Prepare accurate and adequate customer reporting in efficient way, setting up standards and employing help from internal stakeholders.
Role and responsibilities
-Support the EUV business in Tainan
-Manage customer’s expectation in daily operation
-Involved in the daily operation with CS and deliver parts & tools in timely
-Urgent case handling to support the operation in EUV
-Meeting and reporting to manager and customer
Education and experience
Master/Bachelor in Industrial engineering or supply chain related area
5-7 years
Skills
- Customer dedicated and service minded
- Drive for results, act under high pressure
- Result oriented, convincing
- Pro-active and “can do” mentality
- Good professional communication in Mandarin and English
- Experience with working in a multi-cultural environment
- Traveling max 20%
- Weekend supporting for escalation case is needed
