◆Brion部門のコンピューテーショナル・リソグラフィー・ソフトウェアを使うお客様のサポート。
必要に応じて、セールス(日本及びUS)、マーケティング(US)、プロダクトエンジニア(US)などと協力しながら業務を進めていただきます。
◆お客様の課題に沿ったご要望の分析、及びソリューションの提案。
◆ソフトウェア使用上の問題の解析、及び問題点のエスカレーションと解決策についてのお客様との折衝。
◆新機能のテスト、及びお客様への提案。
◆ユーザトレーニングおよびアップデート会議。
◆勤務地は北海道の千歳となります。

Introduction to the job
Brion division is developing, selling and supporting computational lithography software products, such as Source & Mask Co-optimization (SMO), OPC and lithography support software, to enable most advanced semiconductor manufacturing to contribute to social progress.
Field Application Engineers (FAE) forms the backbone of the team that supports customers enabling their new technology nodes. Drives understanding of customer requirements, analyses and solves complex on-product issues, defines and create solutions that support tool deployment at customer sites.
Role and responsibilities
FAEs work at the forefront of customer node development, integration and ramp towards high volume manufacturing and sustaining, the FAEs are responsible to understand customer node requirements and solve complex on-product issue.
Education and experience
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optics sciences or Physical Sciences. Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years of Experience. Masters Degree with 3+ years of experience. Phd Degree with 0-2 years of experience.
2. Computational lithography & OPC software tools knowledge is preferred. Lithography knowledge is a plus.
3. Previous experiences with direct customer interface preferred.
4. Prefer to have background mask data preparation, physical design, lithography and other wafer processing step.
Skills
1. Must have strong analytical problem solving skills & software debugging skills.
2. Must have software programing skills and scripting skills.
3. Fluent in using Unix shell and solutions.
4. Documentation skill for customer explanation material and technical specification
5. English communication in reading, writing and verbal
Native level of Japanese language skill.
6. Ability to work effectively with other teams.
7. IT業界でのプログラミング経験のある方、シミュレーションソフトの使用経験ある方も半導体業界未経験でも応相談。
条件:
想定年収:8,150,000~ (ご経験、スキルにより変動します。)
想定月給:590,000~ (ご経験、スキルにより変動します。)
※上記は基本級+賞与の金額。別途残業手当(管理職採用の場合は手当支給無し)、シフト手当を支給(シフト勤務の場合)
※給与改定、賞与:有(年1回 3月)
